Cookie Policy

1. What this document covers

This Policy explains what we store on your device when you visit lingoflow.pro: cookies and equivalent technologies such as localStorage. It supplements the Privacy Policy and is issued under art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law and the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC.

2. Consent

Storage that is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested does not require consent and is always active. Everything else is stored only after you give consent in the banner, which is not pre-ticked and in which refusing takes exactly as few clicks as accepting.

You may change or withdraw your choice at any time — click “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before it.

3. What exactly we store

Strictly necessary (always active, no consent required):

• lf_consent — a cookie recording your choice in the banner, so that we do not ask again. Lifetime: 12 months.
• lingoflow_email, lf_session — signing you in to your account and keeping you signed in. Stored in localStorage, until you sign out.
• ppEmail, ppPlanType, ppAppSlug, ppSessionId — the parameters of a purchase in progress, so that the order can be completed after you return from the payment provider. Removed once the order is completed.
• lingoflow_ref — a referral code from the link you arrived by, needed to credit the referrer. Lifetime: up to 90 days.
• lf_lang, lf_legal_lang, currency preference — the interface language and the language of the legal documents you selected.
• Cookies of the payment provider set on Stripe’s own checkout page, necessary to complete and secure the payment.

Analytics (optional, off until you agree):

• Our own server-side visit counter. It records the address of the page, UTM parameters, the domain of the referring site and an irreversible 16-character hash of the browser signature and IP address. It stores nothing on your device, sets no identifier and does not follow you across other websites. If you decline, the visit is not recorded at all.

Administration panel (adminToken, adminInfo) is used only by the operator’s staff and is not set for ordinary visitors.

4. Third-party resources

Pages of the website load web fonts from Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) and country flag images from flagcdn.com. These services do not set cookies on our pages, but the request itself discloses your IP address to their operators. If you go to the payment page, Stripe applies its own cookie policy on its own domain.

The browser extensions are a separate matter: their operation is described in section 3 of the Privacy Policy.

5. Browser settings

Independently of our banner, you may block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking storage that is strictly necessary may prevent signing in and completing a purchase.

Instructions: Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies; Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security; Safari — Preferences → Privacy; Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

6. Changes

If we add a new tool that stores data on your device, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent again before it is used.
